Common name: Yellow jessamine (generic).

Brief description: A climbing liana to 5 m. Leaves are lanceolate, simple, opposite, entire, margins entire. Flowers are perfect, yellow, handsome, in solitary or in short axillary cymes; the corolla is funnelform. Fruits are an oblong to elliptic capsule. CAUTION!!! Entire plant contains poisonous alkaloids.

Campus data: Very rare on campus. One cultivated patch encountered.
