You are living in Colonial America. You are a colonial real estate agent living in the New World. Your real estate team has been #1 in sales in the past five years for your region. A new wave of colonists is planning on coming over soon, so you really want to make this deal to stay on top of the competition. These potential colonists need information to make their decisions about which colony they should go to, one in New England, the Mid-Atlantic, or the South. Your teacher will divide your class up into three teams based on the geographic regions. As a real estate team, each group will do research and make a presentation about why colonists should come to their area. After compiling this information, you will present it to a special dignitary representing the colonists. This special dignitary will decide which colony the colonists choose.
