Day 2
- Today you will meet with a group where everyone is different characters.
- You are all reporters and you need to tell your other group what is good and bad about your character.
- Next, you need to make rules about being a good person. These rules will be important because people will need them to get into Charlie’s factory. Try not to make rules about things that people shouldn’t do, but things that people should do.
- Think about: If you were Charlie, what kind of friends would you invite over? Who would you let in to party with in the bubble room?
- Once you know what you want to write down, you will make a big rule list using markers and large poster board. The list will be called “Rules for Entering Charlie’s Factory”.
- You should leave space somewhere on the poster board to draw pictures. Each person should put in two rules based on the good and bad traits of their characters.
- When you are done, you will share your list with the class. Each person should read at least one of the rules that their group came up with and why this rule is important.
