Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is an exciting story about a little boy who is rewarded for his good behavior, while his peers are punished for their bad behavior. Charlie is an example of a good citizen. Willy Wonka would not let anyone but the winners of his contest in or out of his chocolate factory, because he was scared that someone might steal his secrets again. Now that Charlie is in charge of Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory he needs to decide who should be allowed into his factory and what rules they should follow once they are in the factory. Charlie wants more people to be able to have fun in his factory, but he needs to know that they are responsible citizens before he can let them in. Charlie has asked you to make a list of traits that people should have in order to enter his factory and rules that they should follow in order to get a tour of his factory.
