Evaluation

Each group member must complete a "Student Grading Rubric" (i.e. peer evaluation) for each of the other members in their group.  This rubric will help to ensure that all members of the group contribute equally to the final project.

Student Grading Rubric

The teacher will grade students based on the following criteria:

• Group participation (as evaluated by group members)
• Quality of speech
• Quality of each role
• Mechanics of speech and procedure

Teacher Grading Rubric

Each Group Member (individual) must submit:

• Three completed Student Grading Rubrics
• One complete Role Management Worksheet

Each Group must submit:

• One typed copy of completed speech
• Oral speech presentation of speech

Each student's grade will be determined by:

• Teacher Grading Rubric - 80%
• Student Grading Rubrics (average of three) - 20%
