Step Three:
Then the group will meet to discuss their findings, set an agenda for the President, and create a speech.  They will rank the four components (role topics) in order of importance and place these parts in the speech in that order.  The most important issue to the President will be first, and so on.  The speech must have a logical beginning and ending, and the four components must flow together to form a concise and coherent whole.

Step Four:
The group will then present the speech to the class.  One member will give the speech, acting as the President. The group must also submit a typed copy of the speech to the teacher, including a bibliography of web sources with proper citation.
