The Task

Your favorite music group is having some trouble finishing their new album. They need one more song to make it complete. As their biggest fan, you have just been chosen as the songwriter for this last song in a contest being held by the band. The band will choose the lyrics for their last song from the best poetry and lyrics sent in by their fans. As well as thinking of a creative name for the album (which will double as the name of the song you write), your task is to write the first verse of the final song on the album. You will present your lyrics in front of the class to see what they think.
