Caesalpinia pulcherrima (L.) Swartz

Shrub or small tree; leaves alternate, twice pinnately compound, even-pinnate; inflorescence a raceme; flowers bilaterally symmetrical, yellow; stamens and the style/stigma long-exserted; legume fruit a flat pod. CULTIVATED IN THE SOLAR AREA OF THE CAMP.
