Shrub
or small tree; stems densely pubescent; leaves alternate, simple,
elliptic, base rounded, apex acute, margins finely toothed; inflorescence
an axillary cyme; flowers greenish yellow, the stamens directly
opposite the spoon-shaped petals; fruits globose, with calyx remnant
forming an equatorial ring.
