Plumeria obtusa L.

Tree with white latex; bark irregularly ridged; twigs relatively coarse, often arched gracefully and upturned at the leafy tip; leaves short-petioled, widest towards the apex (narrowly obovate); flower clusters intermixed with the leaves; flowers white, with five corolla lobes diverging from the apex of the floral tube; fruit cylindrical, more or less curved.
